Z-20 at Ocean Lakes Family Campground is the perfect rental home for your next beach vacation!

Located within the campground, you’ll enjoy access to an incredible range of amenities, including 24-hour gated security, direct beach access, multiple pools, a water park with slides and a lazy river, an activity center, arcade, mini golf, dog park, playgrounds, and so much more.

This cozy home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one full bath with a shower and a half bath with a full-size washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a dining table that comfortably seats four. Step outside to a spacious front porch with plenty of seating—perfect for relaxing—and an outdoor TV so you can catch your favorite shows in the fresh air.

A gas grill is available for your use during your stay. Please note that a propane tank is not provided. We kindly ask that you clean the grill before departure to avoid a $25 cleaning fee.

Rental Requirements:

*Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this home. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must remain on the property for the entire stay.*

Pet Policy:

This home is pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee applies, with a maximum weight limit of 45 lbs. Breed restrictions may apply—please contact us in advance to confirm eligibility.

Golf Cart:

A complimentary 4-person golf cart is included with your rental.

*Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Please follow all campground golf cart rules and regulations—violations may result in removal from the property without refund.*

Parking:

Please note that parking is managed separately by the campground at a rate of $15 per vehicle, per day.
